Real products, start to finish: what the brand arrived with, what we ran, and where it landed. Client names are withheld under NDA; every figure is one we can stand behind.

Beauty cream brand (Canada), about 140,000 units a year

A new format shipped in weeks after both manufacturers fell through

Two manufacturers failed this brand in the same stretch, one on capacity and a backordered ingredient, the other on licensing, while new orders for a new formula in a new format sat waiting. Everyone they asked quoted 10 to 16 weeks. Our US partner ran it in two to four, released the batch in parts so the orders could ship, and the product passed every test on the first run.

Established supplement brand (Canada)

A 20% cost reduction without changing the product

An established Canadian brand had outgrown the manufacturer it started out on, and was coordinating ingredients, jars and lids across several vendors itself. We reproduced the product exactly with a manufacturer that had capacity for it, bought the ingredients at source, and took the vendor management on. Total cost came down 20%, and every batch order gives them about eight hours back.

Start-up health and wellness brand (Canada)

Three products launched without waiting on three NPNs

A new Canadian brand wanted all three of its first products on sale at once, to find out which one customers would actually buy. Two of them matched catalog formulas we already hold NPN coverage on, and those were selling six weeks after the brief. The third needed its own Class I NPN and joined the line at four months.
