Our Story
We started LumaNutra after watching too many founders hit the same walls we once hit ourselves. Getting an NPN from Health Canada takes months if you don't know the process. Finding a manufacturer willing to do low MOQ runs is painful. And most agencies that promise “full service” hand you off to a chain of subcontractors who never talk to each other.
Our founding team comes from the supplement industry, regulatory affairs, and brand marketing. We've worked on over 200 NPN applications, managed production runs, and built e-commerce stores for health brands across Canada and the USA. On the regulatory side, every Class I and Class II NPN we've filed has been approved on first review. Class III novel-ingredient work runs longer and we're honest about that on the discovery call. Over the years, we built a vetted network of GMP-certified manufacturers, formulators, and compliance specialists that we trust with our own products.
