How fast can we get a new SKU to market?

If it's a variation on something you already sell, often 6 to 10 weeks. A net-new custom formula or one that needs an NPN takes longer. We'll tell you which bucket your SKU falls into before you commit.

Can you handle larger production runs?

Yes. The 1,000-unit minimum is a floor for new brands, not a ceiling. Our partners run volumes well into the tens of thousands, and we'll match your SKU to the facility that fits the run size.

We sell in Canada and want to enter the US, or vice versa. What changes?
