Omega-3 fish oils, vitamin D, vitamin E, CoQ10, CBD, and MCT oil are all ideal softgel candidates. The sealed construction also eliminates the taste and odor issues that come with oil-based supplements, a major advantage for fish oil products.
Enteric coating is available for ingredients that need to bypass the stomach and dissolve in the intestine. This is important for omega-3s (reduces fish burps), probiotics (protects bacteria from stomach acid), and peppermint oil (prevents heartburn). We offer both transparent and opaque shell options. Opaque shells protect light-sensitive ingredients, while transparent shells let consumers see the oil quality inside.
