White-label. Take a stock formula from our catalog and put your brand on it. Same medicinal ingredients, same dose, same dosage form. You get the fastest path to market (usually 4 to 6 weeks) and the lowest upfront cost. The trade-off is exclusivity. Other brands can sell the same formula. Right when you want to test a category quickly and cheaply.
Private-label. Start from a catalog formula and modify it. Adjust the dose, swap an ingredient, change the flavor, add a complementary active. The finished product becomes exclusive to your brand. Timeline runs 6 to 8 weeks. Cost sits slightly higher than white-label because of the formulation work. Right when you want a defensible SKU without a full custom build.

What about Canada?
Canadian launches are a separate problem from US launches because of how the Natural Product Number works. The NPN is issued for a specific formula to a specific Product Licence Holder, not to a brand. That means a pure white-label launch in Canada usually requires the brand to file its own NPN, which adds 60 to 180 days to the timeline.
We get around that for many catalog formulas because we already hold NPN coverage on them. When that is the case, a white-label client can launch in Canada in weeks instead of months. For formulas where a fresh NPN is needed, our regulatory team prepares and files the application. Either way, you get one team running the launch, not three vendors.

What is the actual difference between white-label and private-label?
Both let you sell a formula we already have. White-label means you put your brand on the formula as-is. It's the fastest, cheapest path, but no exclusivity. Private-label means we modify the formula for you (different dose, different flavor, an added ingredient) so the finished product is exclusive to your brand.
Is 1,000 units really the minimum?
Yes for most dosage forms (capsules, tablets, powders, stick packs). Specialty formats like softgels, gummies, and functional beverages typically start at 3,000 to 5,000 units depending on the facility we run the production through.
Can I sell a white-label product in Canada?
Sometimes, yes. If the catalog formula already carries NPN coverage we can extend, you can launch in weeks. If it doesn't, we file a new NPN, which adds 60 to 180 days to the timeline. Either path works. The choice depends on which formula you pick and how fast you need to launch.
Do I own the formula?
Not on white-label or private-label. The formula stays in our catalog, even when we modify it for you. If formula ownership matters, custom formulation is the right path. That one is 100% your IP and we do not license, resell, or reuse your formula for other clients.
Can I switch from white-label to private-label later?
Yes. Many clients start with a white-label launch to validate demand, then commission private-label modifications once they have sales data. The catalog formula carries through; you pay the formulation-modification fee on the next run.
What is included in the price?
Brand identity, label design, bilingual labels where needed, regulatory review (NPN or FDA registration), COAs from ISO 17025 accredited labs, and the first production run. You get a complete launch, not just inventory.
Can I customize the packaging?
Yes. Bottle size and material, cap style, label finish, secondary packaging are all in scope. We source through our packaging partner network, so MOQs are usually lower than going direct to packaging suppliers.
Do you ship to Amazon and retail?
Yes. Your first production run can be packed and labeled for Amazon FBA, retail-ready cartons, or direct-to-consumer fulfillment. Tell us where it is headed on the discovery call and we will spec the packaging accordingly.
